Booking & Deposit

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (amount or percentage depending on the service).
The deposit secures the artists and the selected date(s). Without a deposit, Agence Thaly cannot guarantee availability.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the event, prior to the start of the services, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellation & Changes

Any cancellation made by the client results in the loss of the deposit. A written notice is required for all cancellations. Changes to the date, time, or location depend on artist availability and must be confirmed in writing. If an unforeseen circumstance beyond our control prevents the service from taking place (extreme weather, venue issues, technical problems, etc.), the deposit remains non-refundable, but a credit may be considered depending on the situation.

Event Requirements

The client must provide a safe and adequate workspace for the artists, including a table, chairs, and an electrical outlet if necessary. Proper lighting and access to the venue’s facilities should be provided when required. The client is responsible for ensuring that participants follow the artists’ instructions throughout the service.

Delays & Additional Time

If the start of the service is delayed due to the client, the lost time cannot be added to the scheduled duration. Additional time may be requested depending on artist availability and will be billed at the current hourly rate.

Health, Safety & Hygiene

All artists follow strict hygiene standards and use professional, high-quality products. For safety reasons, Agence Thaly may refuse to apply makeup on individuals presenting contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or symptoms that may compromise hygiene or safety.

Liability

Agence Thaly is not responsible for individual skin reactions. While our products are professional and tested, sensitivities vary from one person to another. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the artists’ equipment by participants or guests.

Payment

Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, cash, or online invoice, depending on the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Photo & Video Consent

Unless the client provides written notice in advance, Agence Thaly is authorized to take photos or videos of the work performed during the event for promotional or portfolio purposes.

Artist Replacement

If an artist becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or an unexpected situation, Agence Thaly may replace the artist with another qualified professional. If no replacement is possible, a partial refund or credit will be issued for the service not delivered.

Gratuity Policy

Unless the client provides written notice in advance, Agence Thaly and all artists booked through the agency are authorized to accept tips.
